Prometheus Organizes the Building of KPCN-LP

The staff of Prometheus Radio Project travel to Woodburn, Oregon to coordinate the building of KPCN, a new LPFM station licensed by the FCC to Pineros Unidos Del Noroeste (PCUN).  About 300 people convened to volunteer to build the station and attend educational radio panels.  At the end of the weekend, KPCN was successly launched with an inaugural broadcast.  Prometheus staff was involved more than organizing, but doing the hands-on hard work (as seen below, Petri, Director, on top of a water tower installing the station's FM broadcast antenna.  Visit the
