In a new Order released May 17, the Low Power FM station licensed to Chinese Voice of Golden City, DKQLS-LP, is finally dismissed. This was a case of a LPFM that was built in the wrong spot and tried to salvage their license with as much legal aggressiveness as possible, while a commercial FM translator licensee swooped-in on the frequency with their intention to use it.
